Each morning when I wake up, I look at my clock right away and I try to imagine what she would be doing at the exact same moment.
In the morning she typically get everything ready for her adventurous day with the kids. That is probably what she's doing right now! In the afternoon, oftentimes, they all gather at the typical spot to chill, tell stories and to do a photo shoot (first picture). My parents had the chance to meet new children in the village, and to see different places in the country.
When I look at the pictures I recognize faces, smiles, the scenery.. and it makes me want to go.
This time we could not go altogether because we needed to go at school James and I, and Aaron needed to attend his classes at university. Lord willing, we will be able to go as a family in the months ahead, in our vacation.
The pictures below were taken the first day they arrived in Port-au-prince, Haiti, which was Monday.

They all wanted to look at the pictures my mom had brought from our last visit there:-)

Just take a look at the picture he's holding...what's wrong with the book?
Makes me happy:-)
