13 years later!

It's so weird for me to say this because it just proves how time flies! I actually just finished high school forever- grade 12 is done for me. From kindergarden t'il now, 13 years passed! That's crazy! It has been a great year, and I am so thankful for all of my amazing friends and teachers(: My graduation banquet, the ceremony, and the BBQ at our home is all next week, so we will have quite a busy one. My parents are leaving for Haiti a couple of days afterwards, so if you could just pray that everything will go well.

This summer I will work to save up money for studies, a trip In Haiti, and a few other things. Now that I'm all done with my exams, I'm trying to do some stuff on my to do list, such as what I'm doing right now-writing a blog post:) This week I went outside, even thought the weather wasn't that great, and I took lots of pictures from our backyard and the garden. I will do my best to post some in the next few weeks. As I look back through them it's so amazing to think that God, the one who saved us, created all of those beautiful flowers, and even every raindrop!

This morning I wrote this quote in my journal that I'm pretty sure that i could apply it in my own life:

"Enjoy every single moment. The good. The bad. The beautiful. The inspiring. The not-so-glamorous... and thank God through it all."

Yup, I made it 'til grade 12! Here's my grad picture in our school album.

This is my grade twelve class. I could say so much about everyone of them. It has been sooo amazing to be able to spend two whole years together. Because our class isn't big compared to many high schools, we had the opportunity to all be good friends. They are truly a blessing.

Oh! I am so blessed to call them family:-) Thank you so much mom and dad for cheering me on during those high school years. Some days were pretty hectic and challenging to get ready for school, but we made it! God is good:-) Family is truly a blessings from the Lord.

PS: If anyone of you live around us, you can come for a BBQ on June 18th at 2pm for my graduation. I figure that you probably know where we live already:-)

God bless,
Keila
