Last week we did not have any electricity for 2 days because of an ice/snow storm.
I must say that for us, we like those days!The boys stayed home, dad also.
School and college was closed. I mean...we don't quite stop living, even if there`s no power.
For one of our supper we went in the wood shop to cook on the woodstove some bacon, eggs...
It was sure warm inside.We played darts, and many other things. The second day I went to visit some of our Filipinos friends.And then later my family and I we went to warm us up to Second Cup (;At night 35+ candles were lighten!Just to let you know. It`s kinda normal here, we like candles(:At night it was not to pleasant to sleep in 52F, but we managed! Anyway this post was quite late, but you know...life is a busy place to be!We`re having company soon, I must go.

Wow! I remember when we had a bad snowstorm a year ago and we had to cook over our wood stove too :)But good thing it looks like you made it through well.
