Ingredients:

3 cups- Quick-cooking rolled oats(not instant)
1 cup- Long tread coconut
1 cup- Raisins
1/2 cup- Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup- Peanut chopped
2.
1/4 cup- Butter
3 tbsp - Corn syrup
3 tbsp- Liquid honey
1 - Large egg
1 tsp- Vanilla flavoring
1/3 cup - Mashed banana
1.-Turn the oven at 325.F
-Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
-Combine the first 5 ingredients
with a mixing spoon in a large bowl.
2. Beat the next 6 ingredients in the small bowl
with the electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
-Add the banana mixture to the rolled oat mixture.
-Combine well.
-Spread in the baking sheet, press down well.
-Bake in the oven for 50 minutes until firm and golden brown.
-Cool, cut into bars.
